Navigating home maintenance and restoration services should never feel like a gamble. Too many homeowners have experienced the frustration of dealing with national carpet and cleaning chains that rely on deceptive “bait-and-switch” pricing, hidden fees, unannounced upsells, and technicians who show up late without regard for your schedule. When you invite a service provider into your home, you deserve absolute peace of mind, respectful communication, and clear, honest answers from the very first interaction.

Professional Cleaning & Restoration Systems of Connecticut was built on a foundational commitment to honesty, transparency, and exceptional results. In 1987, our parents, Tom and Ruth Bloxam, bought a small carpet cleaning operation in North Haven with one uncompromising rule: treat every customer like family. Today, we are the brother-and-sister team—second-generation owners Amy Prihoda and Curtis Bloxam—carrying that legacy forward. Bringing over 55 years of combined industry experience, our family-owned business operates with a deeply personal approach. Whether you are facing an urgent “hero moment” organic pet spill, need complex water damage restoration after a pipe leak, or require routine whole-home maintenance, our dedication to meticulous craftsmanship and honest customer care never wavers. We treat your property with the same respect, attention, and integrity we give our own homes.
