Amy Prihoda
Co-Owner & President
Oxford, Connecticut
Amy runs the business side of PCRS with an eye on two things at once: how the team is doing and how the client experience feels. She studied management information systems at Western Connecticut State University, managed a branch at Ridgefield Savings Bank through college, then spent several years at Deloitte auditing IT controls for companies across the country. She came back to the family business in 2002 and has been building its systems, marketing and sales training ever since. She lives in Oxford with her husband Rob, daughter Skylar and their Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Bodhi; their son Giovanni is close by. She cooks, and she travels to eat.
Curtis Bloxam
Co-Owner & Chief Operations Officer
Seymour, Connecticut
Curtis owns the production side. He makes sure every crew leaves in the morning with the information they need to finish the day well. After high school he worked construction for several local companies before returning to the business he grew up in, starting as a Cleaning & Restoration Specialist and working up. He holds IICRC certifications across every service PCRS offers, plus Journeyman Water, Fire & Smoke Restorer, Master Textile Cleaner, and Senior Carpet Inspector. Most of his time now goes into training the people doing the work. He lives in Seymour with his wife Holly and spends his free time fishing, on the water, or travelling.

Adam Major
Business Development Consultant
Branford, Connecticut
Adam started in the field as a restoration and carpet cleaning technician and carries IICRC certifications in both, so the scope he writes is one he has personally done. He grew up in Branford and came back as an adult. He and his wife April have two children, Darren and Alexis, and a Royal Frenchel named Guy. Off the clock he travels, eats his way through new cities, smokes and barbecues meat, and is working through a goal of seeing a Raiders game in every NFL stadium.
Sean Marion
Business Development Consultant
West Haven, Connecticut
A lifelong Connecticut resident, originally from Milford, Sean has spent decades in client relationship management, business development, and commercial space design and fit-outs. He tends to spot a problem before the client has to raise it, which is most of what this job asks for. He is married to Irene; they have a daughter, Madison, whose basketball team he coaches. Golf, sports, family, and a teacup Yorkie named Snooki fill the rest.

Victor “Macho” Gerena
Production Supervisor, Restoration · Cleaning & Restoration Specialist
New Haven, Connecticut
Victor joined the team in December 2018 and works across water mitigation, mold remediation, restoration repairs and general handyman work. He has been part of the crews behind several of the company’s industry awards, and he leads jobs collaboratively — project management without losing the team feel. He speaks multiple languages, which changes what he can do for clients on a hard day. He is a devoted dad, and he and his son fish together whenever they can.
Walter Morales
Production Supervisor, Cleaning · Cleaning & Restoration Specialist
New Haven, Connecticut
Originally from Chiapas, Mexico, Walter has lived in the United States for twenty years and spent nearly ten of them here, building skills across both the cleaning and the restoration side of the company. He keeps studying his field. On a carpet or a restoration job the result is the same: he does not leave anything half-checked. He lives in New Haven with his wife, Olga, reads constantly, and runs — including the annual New Haven Road Race, with a 20K on his calendar this fall.
Clark DiBella
Cleaning & Restoration Specialist
Shelton, Connecticut
Clark grew up in Shelton and finished high school in spring 2026. He is also a volunteer firefighter, which says most of what you need to know about why he fits here. Outside work he travels, camps, ice skates and snowboards, and gets more out of a Connecticut winter than most people do. He is early in this career and learning fast.
Jose Maldonado
Cleaning & Restoration Specialist
Hamden, Connecticut
Jose joined PCRS in 2025 and has become a steady part of the restoration team. He is from Manatí, Puerto Rico, and moved to the mainland in 2015. Before this he worked in the painting industry, where a wall either looks right or it doesn’t — the same eye now goes into his restoration work. He lives in Hamden with his fiancée, their two young children and their dog, Liah. He plays basketball and baseball, and he sings.
Nicholas “Nico” Hernandez
Cleaning & Restoration Specialist
New Haven, Connecticut
Born in Mexico City, Nico has been serving clients in the United States for close to twenty years and has been with this team for more than three. Two decades in and he still enjoys the moment a client walks back into a room and sees it finished. He understands that people call PCRS on the worst day of their month. Away from work he is a devoted dad to his son, Joseph, follows whatever he is currently curious about, and will take the karaoke microphone.

Luke Brigante
Office Manager
Fairfield County, Connecticut
Luke manages the office in Derby. He studied English, psychology and sociology, worked in the psychiatric field for several years, then spent fifteen years running the office of a residential air and water quality contractor — coordinating a team of more than ten technicians and all the moving parts of a service department. He measures the day by whether the client’s need was actually met. He has lived in Fairfield County his whole life, spends weekends outdoors with his family and their Goldendoodle, Isobel, and plays chess with his son, who usually wins.
Laura Bracci
Client Care Coordinator
Oxford, Connecticut
Laura has spent more than fifteen years in customer service and is the person most clients speak to between the estimate and the finished job. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Southern Connecticut State University and has carried the same habit into every role since: pay attention to what this particular person needs. At home in Oxford she is outdoors with her son, John, or out for the evening with her husband, Taylor.
Poppy
Chaos Coordinator
Oxford, Connecticut
Poppy is a Frenchie–Bulldog mix who joined Amy and Rob Prihoda’s family on 9 March 2026 and the office not long after. She was found as a stray in California and taken to a shelter; the night before she was scheduled to be put down, Murphy’s Paw Rescue stepped in and eventually got her to Connecticut. She now spends her days at the office chasing a ball at full speed, relocating her stuffed animals, and collecting as many belly rubs as the day allows. Say hello if you stop by.
