We had a water tank malfunction that caused flooding in the rooms adjacent to the tank. The wall to wall carpets were saturated and PCS responded immediately. They did an outstanding job of drying out the spaces and saving all of the carpets. Their professionalism and kindness during a stressful time was highly appreciated by my family.
