Hidden issues can turn into big problems. even if your basement is finished you may not spend as much time there as other places in your home. Left untreated, mold spores travel, and thrive, in dark, wet, environments. It wasn't until mushrooms appeared growing through the floor that our team was called into action.
This project required a full stripping of a finished room down to the studs and it's easy to see why. We uncovered wet subfloor materials as well as chronically damp drywall that was caked with black mold and other spores.
