In New Canaan, CT., we were allowed the privilege of beautifying this dungeon of a basement crawlspace. Chronic moisture infiltration into the building left a wet and dark environment perfect for microbial growth. Furniture stored in the crawl space had grown visible mold and historical water stains told a story of past weather events which had flooded the storage area.
